Terms and Conditions:
Deposit
To hold your event date, we require a signed copy of the Delish Styling Agreement and a $100 non-refundable deposit that will be put back towards the total services. By signing this form, you agree our Delish terms and conditions stated in this agreement. We do not guarantee event date holds without a deposit.
Payments
Trial session payments can be paid in full prior to the trial date by personal check or PayPal through our site delishmakeup.com. Any payments made on the trial date must be made in cash. Deposits can be made at anytime prior to the wedding date by personal check or PayPal through out site delishmakeup.com. Wedding day payments made by personal check or PayPal must be made 14 days prior to the wedding date. All payments made on the wedding day must be cash.
Cancellation
If you wish to make any changes to your wedding services or a cancellation of our services, please notify us immediately by email to: info@delishmakeupartistry.com
All changes to services must be made at least 14 days prior to the wedding date. Any changes to services within 14 days of the wedding date will result in a 50% fee of the total cost of all services cancelled.
Rates
We like to keep our prices consistent, however, quoted rates are NOT locked in until we have a signed styling agreement.
Our rates do not include gratuity nor is it expected, however, tips are always greatly appreciated.
Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event that we are unable to perform the agreed upon services due to illness or other circumstances beyond our control, the $100 deposit will be returned to you immediately. We will do our best to find replacement artists to perform all services needed on your wedding day. All trial session info will be forwarded to the new artist asap to ensure that you receive the same look achieved in our trial session.
Hotel Parking/Travel Cost
We have one flat rate of $25 covering parking/valet cost and travel expenses for ALL Oahu hotel and resort prep locations.
All Residential prep locations are FREE.
Early Morning Fee
Check-ins between 3-5am $100, 5-7am $50. The early morning fee is priced for the arrival of up to 2 artists, there will be addition fee of $25 per artist for all additional artists.
